Our Team

 Albert attended University of Massachusetts where he earned a B.S. Degree in Chemistry. He worked as a Analyst/chemist in biopharmaceutical companies and analytical laboratory for 20 years.
 

Through Albert’s 19 years of experience in Real Estate he has developed the listening, problem solving and negotiating skills he uses to inform and position his clients to make the best decisions for their housing needs.
 

Being a licensed general contractor ( obtained construction supervisor license in 2003) has also been quite beneficial to many clients in assessing and determining value for them.
 

Albert has passed the National Home Inspector Examination in 2003 and has gone through many home inspections for clients. As your buyer agent, Albert will be by your side for the entire home buying process.
 

Albert can speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
